So, how did we do it?
Over the past 12 months, we’ve been working hard to make Regenda an even better place for everyone. We’ve redesigned and relaunched our recruitment and 121 processes, making them more efficient and user-friendly. We rolled out our EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) training workshops to promote inclusivity and awareness. And we introduced a new employee health screening benefit to ensure we’re looking after our people’s wellbeing.
These changes didn’t happen overnight. It’s been a collective effort and seeing it all come together has been incredibly rewarding. Staff feedback played a huge part in shaping these improvements, and this accreditation is a testament to our shared commitment to creating an exceptional workplace culture.
